By car and by train
Take the Chiari Ovest exit of the A35 BreBeMi motorway, then drive 6 minutes towards the town centre. Free parking inside the courtyard.
Chiari station, on the Milan–Venice line, is about 3 km away. We can arrange a transfer on request.
How to get here
Corte Breda is in the Rosmina area, just outside the centre of Chiari, in the middle of the countryside. The entrance is through the courtyard gate, where you will also find the car park.

Frequently asked questions
What time is check-in?
From 16:00 to 20:00 (unless otherwise arranged). If you arrive later, that's no problem: just give us a call and we will wait for you.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, for all rooms. It is served from 7:30 to 9:30 in the hall or under the portico of the cloister, with fruit and vegetables picked on the farm, home-made cakes and produce from local producers.
Is the restaurant also open to people who are not staying at the farm?
Yes. The restaurant works by reservation, for lunch and dinner, and is also open to non-residents. For guests staying with us there is a menu at a special price.
Is there parking?
Yes, free and inside the enclosed courtyard.
Do you accept pets?
We are happy to welcome small pets: let us know when you book, so we can give you the most suitable room.
Can I add an extra bed or a cot?
Yes. Double and twin rooms can become triples with an extra bed, for a small supplement, while cots are included in the price. Let us know when you book so we can get the room ready.
How many guests can the hall hold for an event?
It depends on the set-up and the type of service. Send us the number of guests and the date: we will tell you straight away whether Corte Breda is the right choice and suggest the best layout across the hall, the cloister and the garden.
How far are you from Franciacorta and Lake Iseo?
Franciacorta is about fifteen minutes by car, Lake Iseo about half an hour. Chiari also has a railway station on the Milan–Venice line, about three kilometres from the farmhouse.
Can I visit the farm?
Yes, on request we show guests around the strawberry greenhouses, the orchard and the botanical garden. Children usually stop to see the donkeys, Martino and Camilla.
What is there to see nearby?
A lot, and not far away: the historic centre of Chiari, the Franciacorta wineries, Lake Iseo, Brescia and Bergamo. We have gathered our suggestions on the Things to do page.
