Cookie policy

Cookies are small text files that the websites you visit save on your device. They are used to make a website work, to remember your choices and, in some cases, to collect usage statistics.

This website has been built to use as few as possible: without your consent, no cookies other than those strictly necessary are set, as required by the Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante privacy) of 10 June 2021.

These are essential for the website to work and do not require consent.

• cb_sess — session cookie. Keeps the session active and protects forms against CSRF attacks. Duration: until the browser is closed. Owner: this website.
• cb_consent — stores your cookie choices, so that we do not have to ask for your consent on every visit. Duration: 6 months. Owner: this website.
• cb_lingua — remembers the language you are browsing the site in, so we don't switch you back to your browser's language. Duration: 12 months. Owner: this website.

These are set only if you give your consent and help us understand which pages are most useful to visitors. If statistics are enabled, data is collected in aggregate form and your IP address is anonymised.

If you have not given your consent, none of these cookies is created.

Some pages may include content hosted by other providers, which may set their own cookies:

• Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.), for the map on the contact page. The map is not loaded until you press the consent button: until then, no data is sent to Google.
• An external booking engine, reached via the booking button. This is a separate website with its own privacy policy; no cookies are set before you decide to visit it.

The fonts used by this website are hosted on our own servers: no calls are made to external services to load the graphics.

You can change your mind whenever you like: use the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page of the website. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Please note that disabling technical cookies may prevent some parts of the website from working properly.
