Where the farmhouse cowshed used to be, the tables are now laid.
Our kitchen works by reservation, for lunch and dinner: give us a call and we will set a table for you in the vaulted hall.
The dining room
A dining room that was a cowshed
The large cross-vaulted hall was the farmhouse cowshed. The restoration turned it into the restaurant's dining room without touching its structure: the reproductions of Pompeian-style frescoes and the 16th-century stone fireplace are still there.
In summer you can also eat under the portico of the cloister and in the garden.
In the kitchen
Our cooking
Local cooking, with no ambition to dazzle. The vegetables come from the botanical garden next to the farmhouse, the fruit from our orchard and strawberry greenhouses; everything else we choose from local producers, between Franciacorta and the plains south of Brescia.
The menu changes with the seasons and is offered when you book: tell us about allergies, intolerances and preferences when you call, and we will organise things.
