The rooms
The residence has ten rooms — doubles, twins with two single beds, triples, a Suite Standard and a Suite Superior with a whirlpool bath — plus an apartment with kitchen for longer stays. Each room has its own character, because each was created within the original spaces of the farmhouse: no two are alike. All double and twin rooms can become triples with an extra bed, for a small supplement, and for little ones cots are included in the price: just ask when you book.

Double Room
Exposed beams and terracotta floor

The classic room of the farmhouse: a double bed beneath the wooden beams saved during the restoration, a terracotta floor and a private bathroom, with a shower or a bath depending on the room. Quiet, like everything that looks onto the cloister.
A single bed can be added on request.

Twin Room
Two single beds, can be joined

Two single beds that we can push together into a double if you prefer. It is the right room if you are travelling with a colleague, a friend or a grown-up child. Hand-painted headboard, beamed ceiling and private bathroom.
The twin room can also become a triple with an extra bed.

Triple and Family Room

A spacious room with a double bed and a small double bed: designed for three people travelling together or for a family. Hand-decorated headboard, terracotta floor and private bathroom with bath.
On request we add a cot for little ones.

Suite Standard
Two rooms on the first floor, with a balcony over the courtyard

- Double + two single beds
On the first floor, with a balcony overlooking the courtyard: two adjoining rooms sharing a single bathroom with shower at the entrance. Up to four guests, each with their own space, but under the same roof.
The most convenient option for a family with older children or for two couples travelling together.

Suite Superior
Two rooms and a whirlpool bath

- Double + double sofa bed
The most private suite in the farmhouse, with its own entrance, separate from the other rooms. Two adjoining rooms, divided by the bathroom with a Jacuzzi whirlpool bath: a double bed in the first, a double sofa bed in the second.
Up to four guests. The choice for an anniversary, or for a family that wants space.

Apartment with kitchen
For long stays and business trips

A double bedroom and a living area with a sofa bed for two and a kitchen complete with fridge, crockery and cutlery. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.
Ideal if you are staying a week for work, or for a family that wants independence without giving up breakfast. We offer special terms for long stays and for companies.

Every morning
Breakfast
Served in the hall or, when the weather allows, under the portico of the cloister. It is a buffet: fruit picked on the farm, our own strawberry, raspberry and mixed berry jams, home-made cakes, cereals, yoghurt, cured meats and cheeses from local producers. From 7:30 to 9:30.

Check-in
From 16:00 to 20:00 (unless otherwise arranged). For groups, we send you a form in advance to fill in with your ID details, so arrival is quicker.

By 10:00. We can look after your luggage on request.

Parking
Free, inside the enclosed courtyard.

Tourist tax
If applied by the Municipality of Chiari, it is paid on site.

Pets
We accept small pets; please let us know when you book.

Extra beds and cots
Double and twin rooms can become triples with an extra bed, for a small supplement. Cots, on the other hand, are included in the price at no extra cost. Either way, just let us know when you book.
